Commitment against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA)

In compliance with Law No. 28251 – Law against sexual abuse and exploitation , which defines crimes related to the sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents in the field of tourism, Ausangate Guide assumes the minimum mandatory commitments that all tourism service providers must observe.

With the aim of preventing and countering the sexual exploitation of minors in travel and tourism, our company adopts a Code of Conduct that will be observed by legal representatives, directors, administrators, employees and contractors linked to the provision of tourist services.

Our duties and commitments under the ESNNA Code

• Absolute rejection of the ESNNA : We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in our services, maintaining a firm policy of rejection towards any form of abuse, whether by national or foreign tourists, other service providers or people linked to our company.
• No connection with illicit activities : We refrain from including situations related to the ESNNA in programs, tours or services, as well as from leading tourists, directly or indirectly, to establishments or places where such exploitation is practiced.
• Training and awareness : We organize workshops and inform our professional team, as well as institutions related to our activity, about laws, regulations and internal policies for the prevention of ESNNA.
• Dissemination of preventive information : We distribute informational material to our clients and interested public to promote the prevention of child sexual exploitation in tourism.
• Visible symbols of rejection : We maintain signage and symbols in our spaces and services that reflect our firm stance against the sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents.
• Immediate reporting : We immediately report to the competent authorities any fact related to the ESNNA of which we become aware in the course of our activities.
• Contractual clause with suppliers : We include the following statement in our contracts with suppliers: “Tourism promotes a childhood and adolescence free from sexual exploitation. Therefore, we do not accept any act that favors the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.”
• Full compliance with the Code of Conduct : We observe and apply all the provisions set out in our Code of Conduct against the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the tourism sector.
