Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Perolniyoc - Intipunku
We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and drive for approximately one hour to the village of Socma in the Sacred Valley. There, you will have time for final preparations before beginning the tour.
Perolniyoc Waterfall and Raqaypata: A hike of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours takes you to the base of the waterfall and then to the archaeological site of Raqaypata, located just above the falls.
Ollantaytambo's Intipunku (Sun Gate): The final ascent to the Sun Gate is the most challenging part, reaching altitudes of up to 3,900–4,400 meters above sea level, depending on the specific route.
Finally, you will return to Cusco, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
